It's fun place with a lot of room for improvement. It's similar to "Catch Air", but not as secure. Bottomline: it's an indoor three story, multilevel, playground with seperate play areas for toddlers and younger kids (and it costs $15 per child).
There are slides, a dance floor (with a disco lights and without music), a miniture soccer/kick ball area above and behind the dance floor, ball pit (only in toddler area), a snack bar with drinks/candy/ice cream (two small juice boxes costs rough $2.50), handicap accessible restrooms, a section with large leggo-like blocks to build, lots of tables and chairs, and a lengthy contract that each adult must sign that allows the parents to assume all risk and allows Kids Empire and all affiliates to use any photo's of your children in any way they want (which is disturbing).
Also, there are seperate kids bumper rides that are token operated and drive around a seperate track in the main, multilevel play area. The tokens can be purchased at the snack bar for $1 per token and will make the ride last for 2 minutes per token. There aren't any store employees managing this area. If your kid gets hurt or run over by a bumper car, then according to the contract/waiver you signed, it's your fault, not Kids Empire's fault for leaving the rides unsupervised.
The user contract is disturbing and should be read through twice by the parent and preferably the parent's attorneys.
Plenty of parking.
No first aid for hurt kids (my son received rug burn on his arm from slipping inside the jungle gym area and no first aid supplies were available after asking for a bandaid).
Men's restroom had a lot of urine around the urinals. My son stepped in it without knowing about it. Bring extra socks for you and your kids and antibacterial wipes in case you step in urine. The urine around the urinals/toilets (wall mounted toilets) explains why there's a heavy urine smell throughout the carpeted areas around and in the playground areas. I complained about the disgusting restroom and the manager said that the restroom was just cleaned. Which means the employees are right and the customer is wrong. No stools at restroom sinks for kids to wash there hands, reach soap or reach anything to dry their hands.
There was a seperare area (a back, exposed corner of tables and chairs) that was set aside for birthday parties. Expect other uninvited kids to take part in your party.
No hand stamping of parents and kids. Anyone can leave with your children. I asked about this and an employee said that he used to work for "Chuck E Cheeses" and they had the hand stamp method and it never worked (the white, tatted female store manager agreed with the explanation of the ex-Chuck E Cheese's employee). I disagreed. Be prepared to have endless anxiety attacks when your kids are playing in seperate areas and your mind is telling you that someone might have kidnapped them. This is scary.
Small, TSA approved, luggage style, pad locks used to secure unsafe areas in main playground area. Yes, the ones that can be opened with a master key on the bottom of the lock (SERIOUSLY???).
The employee vibe wasn't a happy vibe. You could read the fear and dred on the other employees.

Read moreWent for a birthday party with 10 kids ages 3 - 8, plus a tween. A great time was had by all. Play area is big and sturdy enough to accommodate adults to accompany more cautious little ones. The higher party package allows for outside food to be brought in. It also included goody bags, fruit snacks, apple juice, Coke, Sprite and water. The snacks and drinks were unlimited, which was very helpful. This location is also close to a Kroger for any last minute items you may need to grab. The parade was a lot of fun for the kids and the staff joins the mascot for a cute dance along routine with the children before making their rounds to visit the tables and pause for hugs and pictures. The facility was well ventilated, very clean and well attended. The staff was so helpful and courteous to our entire party! They took extra care to help make sure the decorations we brought were set up properly, checked in consistently and were always ready and available to lend a hand or just to provide little things that we forgot for quick use. Not to mention, they were on point when it came to accidental spills. Never seen a mop appear that fast outside of a restaurant~! Fair warning, if you're feeling adventurous and want to head in with your little one, mind your knees! The access points are very sturdy but the entry way is low for an adult. You will be crawling through on your knees before being able to stand again. And everything is padded, so even the inevitable falls are pretty safe! No broken necks on our visit! There are a few motorized bumper car styled motorbikes that can accommodate 2 children safely but you do need to have a loaded game pass card to use them. While socks are mandatory, at the time of our visit, you could wear your own. If you were not wearing socks, they have them available for purchase. Definitely recommend this location for all the reasons listed above. Their food options are a bit limited, though they do sell Coke and Sprite by the can and bottle separate from the party packages. I recommend splurging for the higher package and bringing in your own food. (We snagged some pizzas before we arrived!) And a big thanks to the staff on 04/19/25 for all their help to keep the kids happy and the...
