Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Marietta

Update 1 day later- Manager at store offered a new pizza the next day, tried to make me pay another deliver fee , which was stupid because if I would of called back the same night, they would of offered to bring new pizza out for fee, so why would I pay another delivery fee. Long story short, I received a free pizza and she Deidra the manager threw in some garlic knots, which I thought was a nice gesture. After trying the pizza 2 nights in a row, I can appreciate the stores extra effort to correct the situation but I have confirmed.. I just don't like Pizza Huts ingredients, it taste cheap and like cardboard so I wanted to update my review to show the store did try to correct things....so now I will move my 1 star to 3 stars for the extra effort not for taste. Worse pizza experience ever!!! I tried ordering pizza from Pizza Hut after going against my better judgement and I regret it. I wasted over $25 on a nasty medium pizza and a 1 litter pepsi . I should of saved my money and ordered from Domino's for $7.99 but I didn't feel like carryout so I ordered from Pizza hut because its close and ran into trouble from the gate. First issue was it quoted me 1 hour and 5 min-first strike, it came an one hour and 35 minutes later. Second strike it was cold as ever, so cold the cheese started to crust up on top, the the chicken was old and nasty. Third strike the delivery woman even mention she was late and was being screamed at all night but we were nice to her, but little did we know are pizza was horrible. The box wasn't event lukewarm , we paid $1.15 for 6 toppings a total of $6.90 and they were cold, old and just nasty! The amount I spend on topping could of purchased an entire pizza at Dominios, what a shame! The pizza had no sauce and the only thing that was some what ok , was the garlic crust and that's sad! I will recomended calling papa johns or dominos , pizza hut has falling off the map! I am extremely disappointed and this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth ! Pizza Hut on 1386 Roswell Rd Marietta, GA 30062. I placed an order on 10/19/24 at 6:30 pm through the app. I then received a text saying my order will be delivered by Door Dash with a link for status. The Pizza Hut tracker showed delivery by 7:05. I called the store at 7:22 asking about the location of my order. They told me that there was a problem with their system and that Door Dash had just picked up the order. At 7:27 i received another text from Door Dash saying my order had just been picked up. At 7:52 I called the store again asking where my order was. They said that Door Dash had it and must have kept it. They then said that they would remake it it get it out to me within 25 minutes. I called the store back again at 8:52 and got redirected to their call center. I explained the situation and expressed my frustrations. The young lady at the call center got her supervisor to call the store. They connected us and at this point, I was on my way to the store. They told me that they would refund my order and send it out again. I told them that the refund is fine but I will come get it so please have it ready when I got there. I walked out the store at 9:30pm with my order. My 2 youngest kids were in bed at this time and settled for peanut butter sandwiches. My 2 older boys were able to eat before they went to bed. Today is 10/29/24 and we have yet to receive our refund as they told us they would do. Almost a $70 order and this is just unacceptable. I plan on contacting the Franchise owners about this. Also, this is not the first time it has taken hours to get our pizza from this location. Papa Johns has never let us...

The Last Order! Hey guys, I live on Roswell road, Marietta 30067. Right across street from the pizza hut store! I'm just too lazy after working 12 hours to pick up pizza or go over there in the store to make an order. I have been ordering from this store for over a year for 3 or 4 times a week ( I'm made of Pizza Hut, Not anymore ) I had the worse delivery and customer service ever!!! After having my order ready to send it to the store at 7:00 pm and at 7:30 pm the website told me that my pizza on the way to me, at 8:30 pm I called the store saying: hey, where is my pizza? I had an order an hour and half ago!!! and this RUDE worker Noel Rojo says: Wait and relax your order on the way to you! the driver is near by your house! ( he didn't even say sorry ) then he said : Hold! ( I'm on hold for 11 minutes ) then he is back saying: Hey the driver was waiting to pick up another order near by your address and he should be there at your door soon, I said: hey, I don't want this order anymore, can I get my money back, please!?? he slammed the phone and hanged up and every time I call again they don't answer and automatically go to voicemail or hold! I gave up on my money but called the customer service to make a complain. The way the customer service people talk to you that they care but reality they DON'T give a F* about customers as soon as they get paid! How come a store got all this negative reviews on google & FB & instagram and Twitter and same stuff still working there with same attitude!!! whatever! for me it doesn't matter anymore, My family and I are done with this...
