Mi Rancho #2 — Restaurant in Marietta

I have eaten at many restaurants in my time and this one had by far the worst tasting food of any place that I have ever been. My girlfriend and I stopped trying to eat after a few bites. The taste of the food that we ordered was horrible with a weird aftertaste that was just as difficult to get rid of as it is to describe it. I ordered nachos and she ordered steak quesadillas, simple stuff that one would think would be difficult to screw up. Wrong. On top of that the items on the menu are waaay overpriced, 4 dollars for a can of coke with no refills, service was abysmal, the place is loud and raucous, and the men who used the restroom behind where we were sitting did not close the door as they stood at the urinal and did not wash their hands afterwards. A completely miserable and disgusting experience all the way around. If you like terrible food, terrible service, and ridiculously high prices then this is your place. A simple order of nachos, quesadillas, and two cokes with tip was $45.00. Don't order the lobster if you go either. That will run you around $90.00. Unbelievable, really. The worst of the worst. If I could give this place a negative 5 star rating I would gladly do it. ...

Hey for people who actually like food do not go here. For the people who are used to trash in their mouth or like to eat out of dumpsters and don’t mind health code violations -move in! I saw the comment when looking at the google address that said their tacos are full of meat. Who ever said that has clearly never had enough meat in their taco. The tacos are sad and overpriced. You are basically paying for over sized tortillas. I asked for extra cilantro on my 10 tacos and was only given the regular amount. I ordered queso and they gave me a used one half full with a ring of salsa on the inside. No I did not order salsa. The guac was tasteless- hey how about some jalapeño? Effort? This place needs to be shut down and the chef needs to be arrested not for being illegal but for a crime against food itself. If anyone is looking for decent Mexican food the only place to go is minero at ponce city market! No I don’t even have high standards although Mexican food is pure trash (besides minero) I was at least expecting them to meet health code. Please spend your money elsewhere. When you get food poisoning don’t say I didn’t warn you....

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I want to give it 0 starts. My friend came from out of town, so we went there for Cinco De Mayo. We ordered a couple drinks and it took about 45-50 min for our food to come - cool it's busy tonight. I asked for veggie fajitas and rice with no cheese. My fajita came back with shrimp, steak, and chicken. I politely let her know that this has meat in it. The next one was veggie, with small chunks of steak in it. By now, we've been in there for 2 hours. We told the waitress, and she gets an attitude, brought the manager, explained to the manager what happened and the manager said we can't do anything now, the kitchen is closed. I told her I don't want anything anymore, just remove the drinks from our tab, and I'll pay for my friend food. The check came with all the drinks charged on it. I had to leave hungry after being there for 2 hours +. Worst...
