Kohl's — Attraction in Marquette Township

I went to Kohls to purchase a vaccuum per the recommendation of my mother. Picked up a vac., carried it to the front of the store...as I was standing in a long line I decided I should check other local retailers, and their price on the exact same vac. Best buy literally had the exact same vac for $70 less. When I got to checkout I asked if they price match a local competitor like best buy. The assistant store manager told me they would not because best buy only sells refurbished vacs.... I ordered the vac before I left the parking lot from best buy and picked it up in store for $70 less. Needless to say I'm shocked. I wasn't trying to combine any coupons or Kohls cash. I was just trying to purchase it out right. I probably spend around 1500-2000 at Kohls every Christmas for friends and family. I'm severely...

The only reason I’m giving you a three is because I was very disappointed going into your store in Marquette Mi. I was out doing some Christmas shopping. A lot of the things that I was looking at I could not find the price. The price is on the product, but there was a lot of sales going on at the time. And I felt horrible that I had to keep interrupting a very sweet and patient employee who was kind enough to show me the prices I was asking about. She did explain that I could use my phone to search for prices. That takes too much of my time! I would rather walk over and do a price check on the kiosk that use to be on your store beams. Nice department store but most items are overpriced. We actually found several items that we wanted to purchase so we placed them in our cart. We proceeded to checkout, we were approximately the fifth customer in line, we waited in line for several minutes and since we had other appointments we had to leave without purchasing/getting the items that we wanted. There was only one cashier and she wasn’t the fastest to say the least. We don’t know why it was taking them so long. The store was clean, smelled clean and no visible trash anywhere.
