I love color me mine I love the owner and her staff I miss them they really know respect they care what happens to you and if there every week like I was there really great 👍 she a really caring person 😂 the owner and I love her and her staff is wicked special as well as her clients she's a very caring woman and I love her miss her I was down practically every week I miss her I might go back it's expensive but worth it you got deal 🤝 with reality that you make beautiful stuff and meet beautiful people I love her I never not have a friend she's terrific 👍👍 and great 😃👍 I love color me mine it's great there should be more of them around I love her but you can always afford something in color me mine I love her a lot she's and staff are great 😃👍 thank you for having a great relationship with Eileen your really great pottery place I love you Eileen and I thank you for being there for me and knowing respect i love you and thank you all the years I been blessed there I thank you for being such a wonderful friend and support peoples relationship love you Eileen you're terrific 👍 love you Eileen and your great and thanks for all the wonderful years I been blessed with you I love you you're terrific 👍...

I have to say, I love the idea but the manager was quite rude to me when I had to make a cancellation. She said repeatedly, "everyone understands why I can't give a full refund," even when I said I understood and that it was fine. She seemed perturbed, and when I mentioned her staff should let customers know when they make a "full deposit" that it is really non refundable, she said again "Well this never happens and everyone understands." I have a hard time believing people never have to cancel their pottery painting experience for more pressing life matters. Additionally, I am not an unintelligent anomaly, I also understood and did not argue when she offered half of my payment back. There really was no need for the dismissive and condescending response I received. Unfortunately, I see myself as an extremely patient and "understanding" patron especially of local businesses and I was disappointed to receive such an unprofessional response, even when I was agreeable...

Worst experience ever!!!!! Went in to make a new dog bowl for a dog I recently rescued from MSPCA. I arrived at 4:45 and upon opening the door to enter I was advised that they close at 5:30. I advised that I could complete my painting by then. From that point on I could feel the frustration of this employee. She never asked if she could help me with something, in fact when I asked a question about the process she very rudely answered. While paining my dog dish she came over to the table asking me questions about my pick up information. I was there with my sister who had just got in to a minor car crash that day and she was upset. We went there to have a calm experience for her after her horrible day. It was far from calm. This girl could not have been ruder. Not to mention it cost me $42.00 for the experience. Horrible...
