Horrible experience even though Andrew came highly recommended. The only time he was nice was during our initial meeting. Other than that, worst customer service and experience, EVER! I brought in 3 stones, mother's diamond and grandmother's ruby (100 years old), to be made into a new ring for my engagement ring. After countless excuses, ranging from sickness to "blowing the ring up in casting", I finally received the ring 8 weeks later, and $ 700 more than estimated!! The ring was absolutely beautiful, but after 3 weeks, one of the rubies fell out and I lost it! When I called Andrew, he could barely get an apology out and better yet, when I came to pick up the corrected ring, he quickly pushed me out of the store, no apology! His female co-worker was just as rude, on the phone and in person! At one point during my whole 3 month experience, Andrew told me to "relax". Who tells their customer to relax as they are spending thousands of dollars! Outrageous! Ended up at Guertin's jewelers in Sandwich for my wedding band!! What a difference! They will have my business...

I recommend Elfstone to everyone whenever I get the chance— they are just amazing! I brought a couple rings in a couple years ago (one needed a new stone and the other band broke) and they came back even better than I imagined. Next, I brought in my grandfathers ring (that I’ve had for about 15 years) and it’s a huge ring with a big stone, so I wasn’t sure it could be resized, but to my surprise, they said yes! It came back polished and looked like a brand new ring. I was absolutely blown away. I’ve since been back with at least four other rings. Whitney is always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable whether you’re purchasing a piece of jewelry, or getting one fixed. Beautiful variety of handcrafted jewelry! It's a great place to pick out a gift or have a custom piece made. These jewelers are so incredibly talented, attentive and kind! My parents had a custom bracelet engraved for me a few years back for Christmas. My mom told them she understood if it couldn't be ready in time. They had it ready just in time for Christmas and it was perfect. I absolutely love it.

I was in the store recently after I noticed the center stone in my engagement ring was a bit loose.
