Hot Diggity — Attraction in Mashpee

I recently purchased a dog collar from the store. After just 2 months the collar failed and my dog got loose. The metal clip broke in half. After spending the last year spending my hard earned money l would have guessed they would honor their product. They did not. They refused to give me my money back. They lost a loyal customer today. Shop at your own risk.

We asked the employee what collar she would recommend for our rescue. We explained that the puppy would be using it on a runner as well as a leash. She handed us the Martingale collar and said it would be fine for a runner. After two months the collar failed. Not the stitching but the metal clip broke in 2. Thankfully it happened in our backyard and not while we were on a walk.. The store manager was condescending and dismissive. She did not ask when we purchased it, did not ask for a receipt or look us up in the system. This is very disappointing as we enjoyed the store and spent over $100 on three collars for our growing pups not to mention a countless number of treats and toys in the last six months. I had a really negative experience here. I was just in the store last week when the girl working behind the counter went to offer my staffordshire terrier a treat, she tried to play with her little dog. She then attacked me verbally and called the police saying my dog attacked her dog. I very calmly apologized and let her know that my dog is very friendly, has all her shots etc. My dog now can't leave the house for 10 days standard procedure. The staff members are friendly, considerate, and make sure you leave with that you came for, even if that means having it shipped to the store.
