Deutsch & Deutsch — Attraction in McAllen

My experience at Deutsch and Deutsch McAllen has been an amazing experience. The reason behind that is all due to Nancy. I had been looking to buy a watch specifically for a Rolex. Had been on the fence and had gone to another place and was turned off. Nancy was attentive and especially kind to my apprehension. She walked me through the process, never rushed me, and never felt like she didn't have time for me. Cause at other places you can at times feel unwelcomed especially if you aren't sure. Nancy like I said was attentive and patient. She explained the process with Rolex especially. An throughout the process of waiting for the watch Nancy was there, always available, and always kind to me and my family. My experience has been wonderful and amazing. If you are looking for anything please ask for Nancy she has been wonderful to me and my family. I can write so much more but in the end I can't put into words how much Nancy has been so helpful, kind, and amazing.

Want to add more to my previous post because I have had the pleasure of purchasing at Deutsch and Deutsch again. Previously a watch and now piece of jewelry for my wife. I had the pleasure of working with Nancy again on a ring! What I can say about Nancy she is very patient with you, especially if you are someone who isn’t sure or needs time to think things over. I never felt rush because I had been eyeing a few items over the past few months. I originally thought I was going with one item, and Nancy was last minute was able to change. Didn’t make me feel bad or anything. She was kind and understanding. An was able to accommodate the change and place the order for my wife with no issues. As always she has always been kind to my family. She brings a sense of warm welcoming when you work with Nancy. I want to add that I have continued my watch addiction, and I have yet to find a better Authorized dealer! Ricardo, Nancy are a great team and always take care of all my jewelry and hourology needs. I don't have to travel to Houston or waste my money elsewhere when Deutche and Deutche serves me with a smile and provides me service that is second to none!
