I placed my order 4/27/2024 it was a gift for my mom for Mother’s Day…. I was supposed to get it delivered on 5/25/2024 but didn’t… I contacted one of the lady’s and we agreed for me to pick it up. Once I arrived a lady with reddish hair attended me (not Paulina) I didn’t have my id on me but I did have a picture of my id I even showed proof where I purchased it and order number and everything… her and my mom got into an argument to find a solution but the lady was just mean… well I had to drive all the was back home for my id.. once we arrived a different man helped us out he was kind even offered us something to drink but once we got the ring it wasn’t what I asked for… it was beautiful but I had asked for the ring to be engraved with a baby picture of me… he said he could have it done for the next day but I because of work I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up and I didn’t want to wait any longer for the ring…. First purchase I made was a Cuban links had a tangle or two but I didn’t think much about it until they wanted to make me pay 800$ to melt it and remake it. So I spent 1000$ which was the difference for a heavier chain. Yesterday I took it in to get cleaned and I got it returned with 4 links locked up. It’s as if they are just trying to run little scams. The worse part is that the chain looked dull as if it has not been cleaned. I’m very disappointed with my whole experience. My family and I have spent thousands of dollars in this establishment and I have not had good experiences. Update: kept getting calls today because of review. Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality and Overpriced

I had a horrible experience with Tamayo. The quality of the jewelry is poor and definitely not worth the high prices they charge. They initially estimated 3 months for a custom piece, but it took even longer than that. I reached out multiple times to check on the status of my order, and no one responded promptly—it always took over a day to get any reply.

When I finally received the jewelry, I was even more disappointed. The merchandise did not match the quality that was described or expected, and the pricing is simply not justified for what you get.

I’ll be sticking with my trusted jeweler who I’ve gone to for years—his work is legit, far superior in quality, and reasonably priced. I would not recommend Tamayo to anyone looking for quality jewelry or...
