Awful. It's been a year since we last ate here. My husband wanted Italian and I didn't want to drive to Marietta (I should have). Server was fine. I ordered Chicken Parmesan and my husband got the Tour of Italy, which comes with chicken Parmesan- the chicken was so hard he asked for a sharper knife, which did not help, then I tried mine - it was way overcooked as well. I asked to speak with the manager and she was apologetic and took my meal off and discounted my husband's meal. The Lasagna and Alfredo were both good so he ate those. I couldn't even eat the spaghetti portion because I was disappointed and I like eating the chicken with a little bite of the spaghetti. Breadsticks were also overcooked and hard, but the last batch she brought was just right. it's not over, after all that I went to the bathroom where there was a large puddle of soapy water in the middle and only unoccupied stall (thought I was going to slip) while washing my hands an employee came in and I let her know about it, she said she would let someone know. Upon leaving the restaurant not long after I mentioned tothe ladies at the front and apparently no one had been notified about the soapy puddle of water in the ladies restroom. Hope they clean that before...
Read moreClose to home. Traffic is a NIGHTMARE! Less than 2 miles and it usually requires :25+ to reach the parking lot. Most of the staff are either using earbuds to talk on their cell phone or listening to music. Far too often when restocking items the rolling units they utilize to transport products to the shopping aisles will be parked so a buggy cannot pass on either side. It's obviously intentional. One time I wanted to try-on a shirt. I was advised the 'dressing room was closed'. I apologized saying 'I did not see the sign'. I asked 'how would a customer know that' she laughed and stated 'I just told you, that's how'. As she walked away she turned her head toward me and stated 'stupid white people!'. The pharmacy staff are usually extremely helpful. Due to a mixup I was informed I was paying for RX coverage. My PCP advised the most affordable option was probably Walmart. He was correct. At 74 and being on Medicare prescriptions can be pricey. GoodRX is beneficial. Hopefully my search for Advantage coverage for 2025 will be...

The manager said there was nothing they could do ... no exterior surveillance cameras just to call the police ... don't know that I'll ever shop there again ... don't feel safe!!! And for a $4 pair of boot laces ... not worth it, switching to online/delivery from...
