Burlington — Local services in Medford

I have always loved Burlington. Last week when I was in to do some shopping I needed to use the restroom. There is a big sign now customers can no longer use the restrooms. I had to hurry not able to complete my shopping and go find a restroom. The cashier said he could give me a key but another cashier said corporate office said no customer use. So I left and went over to TJ Max where I was able to use the restroom. I'm in my 70s so I can't always wait a long time for a restroom. So disappointed in the way the company is handling the use of the restrooms. It can't be the lack of employees to check the restrooms because when you walk in there is an employee just standing there greeting people and taking the shopping basket...

Don't waste your time!!!! When I first heard that Burlington was coming to Medford I was very surprised. I shopped their stores regularly when I lived in southern Califi ornia. I enjoyed the designer clothes and wonderful home decor. What a dissapointing shock when I visited this one. The shelves were empty and the clothes looked like things you might find at a thrift store. Yuck! They are certainly not going to do well with this store from customers who are familiar with the real deal Burlington. Get it...

The first time me & my fiancé have ever been in here & the lost prevention worker immediately told my fiancé to “get out” & kicked us out for absolutely no reason whatsoever , even after asking what the reason is for being treated this way, all he responded was “you just need to leave “ we are traveling & stopped to shop & spend money & they treat us this way before we barely even walked through the door .
