I have always loved Burlington. Last week when I was in to do some shopping I needed to use the restroom. There is a big sign now customers can no longer use the restrooms. I had to hurry not able to complete my shopping and go find a restroom. The cashier said he could give me a key but another cashier said corporate office said no customer use. So I left and went over to TJ Max where I was able to use the restroom. I'm in my 70s so I can't always wait a long time for a restroom. So disappointed in the way the company is handling the use of the restrooms. It can't be the lack of employees to check the restrooms because when you walk in there is an employee just standing there greeting people and taking the shopping basket...

I enjoyed the designer clothes and wonderful home decor. What a dissapointing shock when I visited this one.
