Delish — Restaurant in Medford

Delish is an UNDERSTATMENT. While visiting Oregon for our girls trip we popped into Delish where I got to meet the owner Susan and her wonderful employees. I purchased a lemon bar and white chocolate cranberry bar. Both were melt in your mouth amazing. I got to try my first macaroon, birthday cake, SO GOOD I always thought they would be hard and dry NOT THE CASE AT ALL. We tried the Mango and POG mimosa (could have drunk these ALL day long) along with some croissant bites (sugar & Cinnamon plus powdered sugar). The bites were so light and fluffy, I was nervous at first as sometimes fried desserts can get oily and greasy. These were not greasy at all; I tried my friend’s cookie and cream cream puff and wish I would have gotten one. I should have ordered so much more, Delish will not disappoint you. Came from out of town and had to try this bakery while in town. Ordered a special order cookie and couldn't have been more pleased with the final outcome! It was perfect and beautiful! You could tell it was created by a professional! We ended up going back two times during our stay because we loved the treats we got the first day. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they have fun. The only decision you will have trouble making is which treats you will take home! The cookies, macrons and cinnamon rolls were so delish! This is a perfect place to enjoy a sweet treat with your partner at the end of a date night or with the kiddos after a movie, with plenty of room to sit inside on a cold day or outside on a nice sunny day. This place has great communication both times I was there. They were communicating with GrubHub or DoorDash. I can’t remember which one but it was because they had made a mistake or needed to make a replacement and I thought that that kind of communication is much needed in today’s orders to go type of World. Both times I went the food was great. I also made my own order and they had mistakenly put a different flavor of quiche in my order and she made sure to call me and let me know before my boyfriend had even made it home with our food and offered to make it right on our next order. I understand how this kind of business would have to make changes and would be out of certain things at certain times so I feel like the way that they reach out and try to make it right is really above and beyond not to mention the food is...
