3/29/24 @8pm Ordered 2 subs around 750 thru the app. App said ready for pick up at 8:05. I park at 8:05 right in front and can see there’s an about 6-8 ppl scattered about so I decide to wait a bit longer. I go in at 8:15. Now’s there’s a large groups ordering (4 adults /4kids). So I’m standing in line waiting behind this group. I finally make my way to the counter and say I have a mobile order to pick up. He asked my name, said it wasn’t ready yet they are running a bit behind. I said no problem I’ll go back out to my car. I graciously waited another 15 before going back in as the other two mobile pick up parking spots were full so I figured I’d wait until they were gone. I walk up past a dude smoking a cig right out side the shop, I said excuse me and walked passed him. I’m standing in line, I look at the guy who helped me before and made eye contact with him hoping he would remember me and say oh hey here your Oder thanks for being patient. Instead I was ignored which is fine, they are making my subs they’ll get to me. At this point it’s now 825. The guy who was smoking then walks passed me and goes behind the counter. DOES NOT wash his hands, and sends someone else to break while he slowly made his way over to the other two. Who mind you are moving slower than molasses. They then call out the name for the group of people who were currently placing an order the first time I came in to get my ONLINE order that had been placed before these people even made entry to the store, they’re full order was done. But they weren’t happy because they wanted all the food for here not to go. So now I’m thinking wait a minute. I walk up and say how are these people getting there large order before I get my mobile order placed 30 mins ago. The “manager” who was proud to inform me of his title said oh the app is wrong and they give you a promised pick up time, we can’t guarantee anything. I said ok well that’s fine I get the app may be wrong but how are these peoples order filled before mine when you physically had my order waiting to be filled before they even came in the store. He again reminded me he was the manager and he had to talk to his brother on the phone outside, he wasn’t in here when they skipped my ticket. I said why are you taking breaks and sending people on breaks during your dinner rush? His smoking a cigarette outside was more important than “managing” his crew or his store. Needless to say I got my money refunded. Thank you for wasting 30 mins of my time in the store waiting for food no one was making, not to mention I drove from eagle point to pick up dinner specifically from this place, big fat waste of gas. Read moreFirst let me state I am not a sub or sandwich person at all., I will pick anything else if given the chance. However, tonight was my exception I truly wanted a meatball sub. Our first trip tonight was an order consisting of 5 subs, 2 bowls of chili, a bowl of Mac and cheese, and brownies.
The first sub was the pepperoni pizza meatball sub. It is a toasted garlic bread roll with pepperoni, meatballs, and provolone cheese. It was phenomenal to say the least! Perfectly toasted and the ratio was superb! The next sub was the brisket and cheddar. A wonderful, tender, and juicy brisket with melted cheddar cheese topped off with a great amount of BBQ sauce and mayo. I have no adequate words to describe this sub! Sub #3 was a steak and cheese sub. It had the best ratio of steak to onions and peppers topped with a melted blanket of cheese and mayo. No complaints from me for this sub either. #4 was the hook and ladder sub. My only hesitation is the honey ham is a bit too sweet but that's how honey ham is. Otherwise the sub was again great! The chili (we were told was a bit better than canned chili), I got home with my husband after trying out subs and was ready to try the chili. I was a bit nervous, but after the first bite I was pretty impressed. The Mac and cheese is steamed in a packet and I found it delicious. Even better was when my husband and I decided to combine the chili with the Mac and cheese, absolutely scrumptious! Oh I completely forgot sub #5 which was the Italian sub, we bought for our roommate. I'm not sure how to translate "mmmm, mmmm, mhhhmmmm" while chewing every bite, into actual words but no complaints were heard in between bites.
The food was so good, an hour later we went back to order more so we had lunch and dinner covered tmw while we have a busy day at work.
I absolutely have found a place to change my mind on how I felt about subs. My husband and I will be back again and highly recommend you give it a try! I can't thank the team on tonight enough for putting up with my husband's jokes and appetite ❤️!!!

I worked here last year always willing to work shifts always showed up way before my shift did my job then they started always throwing me into dishpit and making me take out the trash all the time Mrs.Karen the owner who fired me over texts because I have eczema and she knows this and their soap was burning my skin so I always wore a jacket all the other employees wore hoodies so I wore a jacket to cover it from the soap and two of the female workers yelled at me to take it off I said politely "no you all are wearing jackets I'm in dishpit the soap burns my skin and it hurts" and so they call Karen she fires me over texts sayin I gave the workers attitude when I didn't she wasn't even there after she fires me she proceeds to harass me in texts the texts messages I still do have to this day I asked her to stop she wouldn't and she always jipped me on my check and put less hours than what I'd actually worked I loved working upfront and working with others and making the food whenever they saw a smile on my face and treating the customers well they threw me in the dishpit and when other employees asked for food she gave it to them with no issue when I asked she always got mad and said no! Don't let Karen fool you becuz she doesn't treat all employees the same at all she favors other employees over certain employees and if people are allergic to something I seen other employees just take it off the sandwich but continue to still use the same product it was still on and give it out one of the worse places I ever worked at so if you want to be treated like you deserve to be treated don't...
