Terrible experience getting my first passport photo.
By no means am I ever going to complain unless the service is absolutely atrocious! Went in with my fiancé to get our passport photos, waited by the sign for 5 minutes that reads “PASSPORT PHOTO” no dice. Walked over to the workers who were just talking and asked, “where do I go to get my passport photos” they replied “by the sign that says PASSPORT PHOTOS”…. Finally the cashier??? Asked if we needed help, we said “yes, we need a passport photo taken”, he let out this big grunted sigh and called for someone else to do it.
He then proceeded to walk over to us and stand there and say “alright” like we knew where tf to go or what to do. We asked him “so do you know the requirements needed for passport photos” he legit responded “no, I’m hardly trained on this tbh, they don’t really tell me anything”.
I just went with it since our appointment was tomorrow, photos did come out well.
But if you’re going to work somewhere, at least look happy, and have the competence to care about your job.

Read moreJuly 2021 visit, Katie was very helpful understanding "Staples Connect" purchase credits where the Staples system dropped the ball. Katie stepped up and guided me thru the confusion caused be. I made a purchase where they were to give me a $$ rewards of some kind. The store receipt was no help at all, it was filled with information trying to get me make more purchases. It said would be contacted via email regarding my rewards earned. After 3 weeks I got nothing but ad via my email. Katie found a breakdown of rewards were coming to me and when expire. All very helpful.
The folks there are very helpful, second year there helping me with my custom Christmas card. Custom card using my images under $1 @. Prossed in a week.
Second run at making Christmas cards here. Shakera got me started (even though she was under the eeather) and within 30 min. I'd sent images done the lay-out and placed an order. Was told it would be ready in 9 days. Danged if the didn't get it done in 5 days and...
Read moreI brought my iPhone in for a screen replacement and was highly disappointed. Prior to the replacement, my home button worked perfectly fine...not so, with the new screen!
I was told by the tech that I could bring it back to the store and they would ship it off to get the home button replaced. When your iPhone is your absolute "right hand" and contains highly sensitive information — who in their right mind would part with it? There was a plus though — the tech did show me how to use Apple's assistive technology.
Unfortunately, my old iPhone will be returned to Asurion with the Staples $139 NEW SCREEN — overall, it was a horrible customer experience — I would strongly urge anyone contemplating a screen replacement from Staples to not even consider it.
FYI: I've been shopping Staples for many years and I am not sure yet if I will ever go back. Never forget — customer experience equals...
