TLDR Everything was exceedingly disappointing and I wouldn't recommend anyone ever eat here instead I would recommend Chen's family dish better food, prices and service
The servers wouldn't stop bothering us every 1 minute or less until we ordered our meals
Both servers were rude and condescending when speaking to us
One of the servers had their thumbs in our food while it was being brought to us the same server repeatedly got disturbingly close to touching our food
The water tasted like soap
The soda was flat and had a soapy after taste
The crab rangoons were very hot on the outside however the inside were cold boarding on frozen
The Potstickers were pan fried which normally wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that the waitress stated that they could have them deep fried them after they arrived and i asked why they were not deep fried she then condescendingly explained that they were pan fried and kept asking if i understood at least 8 times in the span of 2 minutes
The sweet and sauce had the consistency of water and tasted orange soap
The chicken chow fun had noodles that were unevenly cooked and the chicken was slimy
There was an elderly woman who had ordered soup but clearly couldn't walk with a lot of stability and they didn't offer to help her carry the soup to her car just took her money and sent her on her way so Instead I offered my help to her
Response to owner: In regards to the woman who purchased soup, she had finished paying and signing her check and was turning around to leave, so at what point was your staff going to offer assistance? Read moreBeen coming here off and on for about 12 years (wife loves em', me not so much). They've frequently made mistakes on our orders. This is understandable and could be easily remedied with a little bit of good customer service. However, this is my third negative experience regarding poor customer service. It wouldn't be so bad if they would own up to their mistakes and just offer a little "common sense" to solve problems. Instead, they turn their fault into a "double negative" telling you that there's very little they can do to make things right. I ordered a $16 dinner that should have had rice. In fact, the dish NEEDS IT to soak up the overly gelatinous goop. When I asked if they could give a partial refund for the rice they didn't give me, they said NO! (Keep in mind this has happened to me three times in the past). When I pressed harder on that, they said they could give me a free rice sometime in the future. That doesn't help with the dish at hand and doesn't help me in the future either as I'm never going there for a side of rice. Instead of providing excellent customer service and refunding me for something I paid for and didn't get, they insisted on doubling down with the negative service to make me feel like I'm the bad guy. Then they complain about their industry and how their customer service lacks because of their high turnover rate with their employees. Go figure. I went down the street to one of their competitors and was treated respectfully & politely while they graciously provided me with rice in a fraction of the time without wasting my gas and without the negative attitude & fuss. Read moreSo I called in my order yesterday 9/3 around like 6:15pm and placed my order and I made sure to ask crackersfor my soup and for EXTRA pink sauce and chilli paste and the told me my order will be done in 15-20mins i get there pay and seat down to wait as I was sitting there I over heard the waitress being very rude to the senior citizens that were eating there and it wasn't just one group it was a couple groups that I've witnessed this Burnett server be extremely rude to i had me very upset she would was talking to customer that way so I proceeded to sit there and wait for my order which took almost an hour and when I got my food they forgot my crackers and extra pink sauce and chili paste so I went back to the counter and asked for more and as the other young lady was giving me some more that brunette came up and said next time we're going to have to charge you for that which I responded I told you I was over the phone I want an extra and she proceeded to argue with me about it and I said that's fine next time I'll pay for it but that was their mistake and she continued to be rude this is the worst experience ive ever encountered there and if that who their going to have working for them I would no longer be ordering there because us regulars deserve better...
