They had a good selection of choices but we got no greeting when entering for out reservation, no explanation on the paints or anything of the sorts. When we were done with our projects and were leaving I was told that we would receive a phone call when the items were ready to pick up. The staff are super friendly and everything is reasonably priced. They have more of the plates, cups and such that you would use your creativity to paint it in a cool way. While I liked going here, I won't be going back simply because they're not wheelchair accessible and I'm in a wheelchair. I went here with a group of friends for one of my friends birthdays. We had a great time and they had a projects for people of all skill levels and of all ages. My big complaint was that the person who explained how everything worked did not specifically give us all the directions we needed such as rinsing off our item before we started painting.
