Crane Creek Promenade was probably a nice place, do note the was. Now, although, when I had visited it there was a strange engineering feat happening, with the construction of giant metal tubes and platforms. I'm not sure exactly what they are or what they're for, but the construction was certainly loud and the smell of smoke and metal filled the air. That was only a month or so ago, perhaps the construction has finished and the area has returned to decency. I will say, the old looking railway nearby and the underpass were nice areas to explore around, but as of currently with the construction it is a bit hard to appreciate the good things. Of course, no hate to any of the workers, they were just doing their jobs, a fascinating one at that. I wonder what had been built there? Regardless, I would rather wait for the construction to finish before visiting this...
Read morethis place is so beautiful, calm and quiet to relax and enjoy during the day but going here alone late evening or night may not be safe since it is away from main road and nobody around.. didn't get to spot any manatees or dolphins but I will be definitely going back to try my luck..parking lots are available on the road side and across this site.

It was a very short little promenade adjacent to a marina, bracketed on either side by a bridge with lots of pilings. Based on the other reviews I expected it to be much bigger with adjacent attractions, but again, nada.
