Re Creations — Local services in Melbourne

I have been to this store a few times, I always bring in my friends who come down to Florida to visit. We stopped in Wednesday, and had the worst experience ever. I was having my daughter try on a pair of heels, from the clearance section, only $15, super cute and fit perfectly. She tried to stand up in one, which I told her not to or she would fall, and of course she fell. Nothing bad tho. The lady came over, and was extremely rude! She calls out through the store asking whose child this was, as I'm sitting right next to her, and proceeds to take the shoes away saying they're not for her. I tried explaining that we were trying them on and I was going to buy them, and she only fell from wearing just one. She didn't care and still took the shoes away. I was at that point livid. I told her to keep her stupid shoes and that I would never be back! She had no right to act that way towards us! It's not like they were expensive, and I had every intention of buying them. Due to her, never caught her name, middle aged, of colored ethnicity, I will not be back. Hopefully nobody else has...

My daughter and her friend came to this shop on their spring break. My first visit to the shop was lovely and the sales clerk was very helpful. My second visit I brought 5 women and we spent well over 100.00 each and at the time we all felt the owner of the shop was a bit unfriendly. This time with my daughter and her friend , the owner was out right rude to my daughter's friend. She actually made her tear up. We were there to shop and we saw some lovely pieces on display and the woman was very rude about how "it takes so long to make these displays, there are plenty of other items to try on. She continued to tell this young woman " you should be sure about this item before I have to go to this trouble". We were all just so taken aback that we left , leaving items we even wanted to purchase,. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone , and I am a local and shop in many stores downtown and will spread the word about the terrible treatment...

I have previously had good experiences at this shop and enjoyed browsing and purchasing many items . I visit several times a year when I am in the area and usually invite friends when they come over to see me. I did not have a good experience my last visit and will not return to this shop. I was repeatedly “ scolded “ by a very rude woman because I looked at a tag on the display to see if it was my size before asking the clerk to retrieve the item . I was followed around the store by this clerk as if I were a threat . It’s interesting in the difference in the way I was approached and engaged versus previous visits . I believe this was due to my casual appearance this visit . I will no longer recommend this shop due to...
