Updated review. So I go into the shop I would say three or four times a year. I have noticed recently over the last year that it has continually gotten worse to the point that it's kind of uncomfortable to be in the store. About a year or so ago one of the employees told us that there was some sort of falling out or something was going on with the owner I'm not exactly sure. But multiple employees had left or went and did other things. Around this time they got new staff and it was a younger crowd around my age. They weren't the greatest with customer service or like being friendly and they didn't really know a lot of information. One of the times I went in there one of the staff members were actually arguing with someone in the store about incense. Then there was another time I think someone had a tarot reading and they didn't like the information they had gotten and they were extremely upset in the store and they started yelling at everyone and one of my friends was standing there looking at jewelry and stuff and the person started going off on my friend who was just another customer in the store. Then another time I was in there and the lady that we were told was the owner by one of the employees told a few people that all of the gemstones that she buys are from bulk shippers through like AliExpress. Some of the items they do have are very nice but some of the items are definitely overpriced so I still think it is a place to stop into but meh.
Review from 2 yrs ago. I really like this place. The vibe is normally great. I love going on the weekends when Cheryl is there. Sometimes during the week the staff is less inviting and not as friendly. Not bad just not exactly customer friendly. I do find it can get hot in there especially if alot of people are in and out. The owners really nice. Lots of products and if youre looking for something just ask. Pricing is fair and reasonable. They have a lot. Everything from bath salts to candles to powders. They even have Florida Water. My only issue is they are only open 11-6 which is a short amount of time even on the weekends. I'd also add they don't have any shopping baskets if you're buying a lot keep that in mind.
Its not very wheelchair or stroller accessible. Its pretty...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have frequented this store many times before for tumbled stones and stone carvings and been very satisfied with my previous products and experiences. However, recently I purchased two fragrance oils that smelled a bit sour, and different from oils of the same flower I have previously purchased from different companies. I brought this up to the manager, who insisted there was nothing wrong with them, and that they smelled different than mine because they were fragrance oils and mine were not. I went home later and checked my oils, they were also fragrance oils. Additionally, when I asked her what makes an oil a fragrance oil (so that I could avoid ingredients that would cause that smell in the future), she stated there was nothing added to her oils. The store would not issue me a refund, but they offered an exchange which I accepted for some gemstones of the same value. Unfortunately, I was charged tax on the transaction meaning I was double taxed by them. I appreciate that they offered an exchange at least but I will NOT be buying any oils from them again, as I have lost trust in their product quality of that category. I am simply writing this review to spread awareness of this product issue. The crystals are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThought this would be a cute crystal shop to check out, however we ended up walking right out. Everything, and I mean everything was incredibly overpriced. Their small polished items were decent priced, so we thought everything else would be too but my god. 40$ for a mini amethyst tower. Some of their crystals also didnāt feel right or have the right weight for what that are. I would avoid this shop unless you like wasting your money. We found a really nice small shop about 2 miles away called The Chacana Spiritual Center and thereās a really nice one in cape canaveral called island beads and crystals.
Edit bc it wonāt let me reply to the response. It is a real review, we had literally just come from one of them. I understand that there are other things considered when determining a price. However, there were definitely some items in shop that were beyond comprehension. 40$ for a mini amethyst tower? No. Iād like to know the justification for that. I also mention other shops because I truly enjoy crystals and would like to share other...
