If you want to feel like you’ve left Florida and walked straight into a cherry blossom garden in Japan with fresh sushi that never ends, this is the place! Under beautiful A/C this place is decorated so cute in the hallway, however the interior decor could use a bit of a facelift. Hopefully it is in the works but let’s talk about food and service!
Our waitress was so sweet, attentive and kind. They are still working on licensing to serve sake and beer so make sure to ask if they have it before you go if that’s a deal breaker. The menu was paper and you write down what you want. It’s easy and fun but be careful! You can over order very easily. Everything we got was super fresh and yummy! Great quality fish and the platting was very appealing. All and all the presentation was very nice for an AYCE.
To make this a five star review there is some constructive criticism: 1- the menu needs descriptions. So many great names for the dishes but.. what are they? I had to ask my server to explain most of the items that caught my eye 2- no spicy Mayo was on any of our rolls which is unheard of with sushi. We also had to ask for wasabi and soy and eel sauce because it did not come with it apparently 3- soft drinks were brought in a can. No glass and no ice unless we asked. First time I’ve ever dinned with being given just a room temp coke in a can. 4- the rolls are too big! 6-8 pieces is too many of one item. Ayce should be smaller portions so more items can be ordered. 5- no music. It was too quiet and needed something to liven it up!
I will definitely be back. But with hope a few kinks are worked out by the next time I visit.
UPDATED REVIEW!!!! 9/7/2023
I went to Osuki for the second time last night with some girlfriends, the first time was a couple weeks back. They are still new and when I went the first time, a few kinks needed to be ironed out. Well… they did it!! Absolutely a perfect experience!! 🌟 The manager was so kind and very attentive from the second we arrived. He even remembered me when I came in, and had followed some advise on how to make the experience better I had mentioned from the first visit. To be remembered is special, and to be told of how the business made improvements since the last visit was beyond exceptional. It truly shows how they care and strive for their customers to have an amazing experience. Every dish was fresh! The options are endless and mini works of art in themselves. $29.99 for dinner for this quality, this presentation and the level of customer service is beyond worth its price and more! Thank you Osuki, I am very excited to visit you again...
Read moreUpdate. So I've gone here three times. It's still a five star for me. The only thing I do wish is that you could get like a half order of the sushi instead of a whole one. Most of them seem to come with eight pieces which is great but if you want to try four or five different rolls that's a lot of sushi.
Orginal: This place is really really good and so worth it. There's lots of great seating and there's different sections of seating which is nice. They also have about three or four large tables where you can a lot of people. They use a paper system. They have one for the kitchen and one for the sushi area and you just Mark which items you want. One thing I do love is that they have a picture menu in addition to the words so you know what the sushi actually looks like. They have a coconut mango shrimp tempura type of sushi that's so good I think it's called the Hawaiian. If you have someone in your party that does not like sushi they still have a pretty extensive kitchen menu. Like shrimp and steak Teriyaki and even beef ribs. Soups and salads. So it's still worth it for someone that wants to go but doesn't want sushi. They don't always have crab legs and it's usually on Thursday but I guess they had extras for the holidays or something because they offered them as part of the buffet so you get a cluster for each person. For two people it was $70 before tip.
The only thing they don't offer is dessert which is pretty on par for sushi places. Definitely recommend and we'll go back soon.
There is a drink menu/ information menu on the table that if you flip it over it talks about the waste fee and information like that. I personally did not get charged a waste fee but I did not eat all my sushi. There was one roll that I didn't really love ( not a fan of ground ) and I only ate one piece of it and I wasn't charged. But a waste fee is pretty on par for the types of...

I recently visited Osuki for the first time for a mom date, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We had heard about their "all you can eat" option and wanted to try it, but it was nothing like advertised.
Before ordering, we spoke with two different employees on three separate occasions just to make sure we fully understood how the "all you can eat" worked — we wanted to avoid any confusion. Despite that, the staff was incredibly rude and nasty throughout the entire process.
First of all, their "all you can eat" offer is completely false advertising. You can't actually order all you want without restrictions. Then, they told us that if we wanted to take any leftover food home, we would be charged an extra fee. So, to avoid extra charges, we decided to leave the food we couldn’t finish — only to find out they still charged us for leaving food behind! If we were going to be charged either way, we would have just taken the food home instead of letting it go to waste.
To make it even worse, it really makes me wonder if what they’re doing is even legal — charging people extra after false advertising an "all you can eat" service, and penalizing customers for leftovers. It feels completely shady and dishonest.
Overall, between the rude service, the misleading advertising, the hidden charges, and questionable business practices, this was an absolutely horrible experience. I will never eat here again and highly recommend others...
