My sisters experience! Please don’t shop at this unprofessional, so-called establishment
Today, I stopped at Liam’s Liquor Store located at 7680 Polo Grounds, as I always do. I made my selection and went to the register when I noticed that I left my debit card at home. I told the clerk, who appeared to be a younger man, and asked if he could manually enter my card number. I promptly presented this information and even handed him my driver’s license so that he could see that this was in fact my card information. He appeared to be confused and went and got an older gentleman (the owner) who IMMEDIATELY started to taunt and berate me. In a very very aggressive tone, he questioned where my card was and why I had left it at home. I then again, tried to present him with the card information, as he stood with my driver’s license still in his hand, and he continued to yell and scream at me. I then asked for my driver’s license back so that I could leave, and he then came around the counter and started to follow behind me really closely STILL yelling.. He followed me all the way out of the business and stood in the doorway until I left the parking lot. After leaving, I called to try and get some information so that I could make a formal complaint and he told me to call 1800 DONALD TRUMP..
I have never felt more embarrassed, ridiculed, and shamed for absolutely no reason. I will never patronize this so called “establishment” and I hope yall...
