My wife and I received a gift card from a friend so we decided to go for dinner. The food was better than other Olive Garden's we have been to. However, the lingering memory is how bad the service was. We were seated promptly, and our hostess brought us our drinks right away. Our server come over promptly and asked if we were ready to order. We asked for just a minute, and she did not return for almost 10 minutes. When she did, we ordered and she said she would be right back with our salad and bread sticks. 12 minutes later she showed up with them, and about a minute later she returned with our pasta saying she "didn't realize it would be up so quickly." This is confusing as I have been a line cook for over 10 years and a 12 minute ticket time is hardly quick. Still we enjoyed our meal. We had ordered the never ending pasta bowl, and I was waiting for a refill when the waitress came back to check on us, but she just breezed past asking if we were ok, and failed to notice my attempt to get her attention, as my mouth was full of food I could not answer out loud. We were one of two tables in her section, and the other table was eating when we sat down. It was not like she had a lot to do. She was hardly on the floor at all. When we received our check, she had charged us for a drink we did not order. I got the impression when I pointed it out that she had done it on purpose. She did not seem surprised. So despite this, I left her a tip. Gratuity on the check should have been $4.50. I was dissatisfied with her service, so I left her a $3 tip. This is still 66% of gratuity, and honestly I would have rated her service a 50% at best. When we were leaving the restaurant she promptly picked up the check and tip (the first thing she had done promptly the whole visit). When she saw the tip she gave me a dirty look as we were leaving. I would return to this Olive Garden again, but I would make sure I got a...

Normally I love olive garden but this one on Winchester has gone so down hill. I can clearly remember the last one I experienced quality customer service, it was on my birthday, in 2014. Every time I go the customer service is worse and worse. For example, just last week I went and my waitress rushed us through our entire dining experience. She rushed us through orderering and as she started to walk away I asked her if we are supposed to get soup and salad (knowing we do, she just didn't ask what we wanted) and she came back and asked what I wanted then walked away. 5 min later we get the appetizer. It was the smallest portion of calamari I've ever seen. Carrabas gives almost 3 times that amount for close to the same price. Then a whopping 3 min later she brings the soup and salad. I thought great, soup! Then she put bread on the table, even better, then she put our meals on the table... so we just got our appetizer, bread, soup, salad, and our meals all at once. My meal was just sitting there getting cold while I was trying to finish the appetizer and my soup. It really aggravated me. And she kept reaching over my food to grab stuff off the table. At one point she reached over so close her entire arm brushed up against my chest. Then we paid on the electronic table self service device and then I put 3 dollars on the table for a tip and waited for her to come back to bring to go boxes and SHE REACHED OVER MY FOOD AGAIN TO GET HER SNATCH HER TIP UP IN A HURRY WHILE I WAS STILL ASKING HER FOR STUFF. She didn't even acknowledge that I had just asked for something, she just swiped up her tip and walked away... anyway that experience was just one of SEVERAL. Oh and how come I never get the little Andes chocolates anymore...

I had visited this place some time last week as my wife likes Italian food. We had not got a very good review about this place, but still wanted to try it (Also we do not have many options around anyways). Well the ambiance is good but dirty, it looked like cleaning was not on the to do list. The table lamps were full of dust at your eye level. How can someone miss that, anyways. So we ordered, not much options for us as we are vegetarians( by choice). Biggest turn off was they didn't have pesto sause, I mean, what Italian restaurant doesn't have pesto, no worries we moved onn. I ordered 2 drinks, a beer n a cocktail for my wife, ( which came after the food was delivered BTW), no problem, they din look busy, but it's OK. I ordered eggplant parmsan =17.29 n my wife ordered , cyo= make ur own pasta, with all the veges =12.99,as we are vegetarians. Also a kids mac n cheese. The food was average, the only thing i liked was the bread, and the salad was fresh, the spaghetti looked like ready to make haka noodles, anyways. We called for the cheque, which came up to 92 with tip 102 usd, what? Upon checking, i noticed they had charged me 25 usd extra for the veges( not all the veges were there anyways) on my wife pasta, they even charge me 2.99 for the table games which my kid was playing on their table tablet, I mean come onn. Our server didn't even inform us once about the ridiculous charges, I get it, this is how they function. I wanted to talk to the manager or some one abt it but I didn't, it was not worth it. I tipped the waiter took the cheque and left 🤫 M definitely not going there again. U think too. Hope they...

Order went to wrong store but also marcus the “culinary manager” or whatever was rude as hell over their phone when I tried to cancel because this location was 30 mins away in traffic and I can’t drive in the dark and I walked to the other one. I had to get someone to drive me and then the order was wrong the chicken Parmesan had Alfredo sauce instead of marinara and lasagna instead of 2 cutlets, the tortellini was nasty and had a Smokey taste , the shrimp alfredo I ordered was the seafood pasta and had fishy scallops and frittata had meat sauce which I requested No meat sauce because of the PORK….i just wanted plain Marinara on everything without the meat…I didn’t think it was that hard of a request since the one by my house does it perfectly every time…. And I wouldn’t have even been that mad about the drive if that Marcus dude didn’t have such an attitude. Tell him it’s easy to say “sorry unfortunately there is no way to cancel” in a polite tone especially since his food sucked.

2nd update: Salad and breadsticks were as good as always. Shrimp scampi entree was a pool of watery sauce. Good flavor but waaay too much sauce. Grilled chicken margherita - chicken was a little dry, and it was buried in too much cheese. We also tried the chocolate brownie lasagna, which doesn't look like the picture but had good flavor, if not a little boring. The tiramisu here is much, much better. Server was prompt and friendly. Update: Back again at our beloved OG! Salad and breadsticks are as delicious as ever. Calamari isn't crispy at all. Chicken margherita entree has too much cheese, and the chicken Parmesan entree doesn't have enough. Our server was attentive and friendly. Olive Garden is reliably good, and this location doesn’t disappoint. Friendly, prompt service and tasty salad and soup. Both of our soups were actually heartier than usual!
