We went here as my partner wanted a smoothie and he found this place The Wellness Bar, while we were in Meredith and we each got a smoothie. The shop owner was very friendly and the store was very cute! Not only was there a cute smoothie station in the back, but there are also so many cute and handy, unique items that are made locally and are also sustainable! The protein smoothies we got were delicious, and I also got a bar of soap that was made in Maine. My partner got the Pina Colada and I got the Golden Mylk. This shop has a little bit of everything, and we will definitely be back to try more smoothies and get more goodies! I know I want the protein matcha powder and coffee powders as well as some other things.

The Wellness Shop is the perfect addition to the community of Plymouth! Incredibly knowledgeable and kind staff who are dedicated to helping customers find products that will work for their individual needs.
