GameStop — Attraction in Mesa

If I could give zero stars I would! My teen son and his friends waited patiently outside for 12 hrs to score the PlayStation 5. Being the first in line and the first to enter the store only to be told by the manager that they’re not on the floor and to basically leave. These were advertised in their Black Friday ad at 6am Nov 27th and to be told they’re not out yet and to basically take a hike is pretty low. I emailed the owner of this store to let him know that his manger he pays to WORK isn’t doing his job. Those should of been out on the floor before the doors opened knowing full well they’re the hottest item for sale right now. Pros: Good customer service, decent product selection, conveniently located, extremely knowledgeable staff, willingness to actually attend to your needs and requests within their marketplace is probably the best within the area.

Cons: Store is very small and can become cramped very quickly with just a few customers inside, organization can be better but the space makes this difficult overall, there has been a few times where items that should be in stock were conveniently "missing" or "on hold for a customer" when they were more than likely being held for employees or their friends but this happens at all Gamestop...

Cashier was a douche. Not my first time there either. Never returning. Pushy, annoying, and gave off a "you know nothing, I know everything vibe."
