Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Mesa

Asked for two spicy chicken deluxe's with no salt on the fries for my someone at banner. I said no salt twice to make sure the cashier understood. I also asked for 4 chic filet sauces and 4 ketchup's. When my order was done I asked if the fries had no salt and the manager Jasmine said it had salt and will remake. Asked how long it would be because we like our sandwiches hot like the fries. Jasmine states 2 minutes. It took seven before they were done and another 5 to call me back up. I asked if I can have fresher sandwiches due to the wait time and that I have to deliver to banner medical. Jasmine refused and said they should be fine and unfortunately she could not oblige my request. I know she accommodated for the fries but I never got the 4 chic filet sauces and I didn't feel like a customer and the whole interaction here was trash and not accommodating at all! Been a customer here for about 7 years. I bring my family often when we go to the mall. Tonight I came in to pickup diner for my kids at about 7:30pm, and tried to order a “Frosted Lemonade” for my daughter, and was told they shut down the Ice Cream maker at 7:00-7:30 since “we are close to closing.”

Well, if you follow that line of reason Chik Fil A, why not shut down your fryers and soda dispensers at 7:00-7:30?

Sometimes companies do what’s in there best interest, not in the interest of customers. Why not shut down ice cream at 8pm when you close? You have a bright young staff of hard workers.

In the midst of a global pandemic they expect 3rd party deliver drivers to walk all the way inside the mall to get food. This is anti-worker and anti-consumer. I've never felt so disrespected for following the pick up instructions and the staff refusing to acknowledge I was following the guidelines they have stated in the app. Paige was the TeamLead that was completely rude and ignoring the guidelines they had. I shouldn't have to walk into a mall with several hundred people inside when virtually every other Chick-Fil-A is a stand-alone building.
