Hello all. It’s been a while. The food is good for the price. The line can be a little long but not bad for 9.09 Bento box. Or so they advertise. My son purchased 2 bento boxes and was charged 27.81 for the two with extra chicken and taxes of course. He went to the counter and asked why it was so much? Here two of the reps explained to him that it was sales tax on each item?? I know mistakes happen, but I noticed that my son was just given a whatever response just to get him to leave. It’s only 3.66 more ( overcharge) So after my son came back to the table I went to the counter and asked the same question, again the response was “ it’s the taxes” well taxes are charged in a separate line item, I replied. At the point they acted as if I was insane for disputing 3.66, however that’s not my money it was my sons hard earned money that cost him to earn at work. I noticed that mistake happen multiple times. In the hour that it took us to eat, I counted over 60 people order from here. If that “ mistake “ happened to let’s say 20 out of those 60 people in an hour. How much more are they charging than they should… check your...

I use to love this place but lately they have been real stingy with the meat. I understand they want to charge you for extra meat but still put a decent amount on the meal. My last visit I ordered shrimp and chicken and I had to make the chick last just to finish the plate. Also I think the sauce is way to oily now when it didn't use to be . There are not many locations left so I am not sure why they are cutting back on the customers so hard. When less operations would usually mean better quality. The Japanese manager if he is behind the grill the servings are even more at a bare minimal, More like just one spoon full. As far as the food quart they are the best out of all the evils other than Chick Fil a and Charlies. My mom and I have been going here since I was a kid. It has been a treasured restaurant for us and has continued to be a favorite. Best teriyaki chicken and sauce I have ever tasted. The plates are the sizes of your standard take out dish with the three boxes. Regardless of the plate size, they continue to stack up the food and give you plenty of it. They are very generous with the meal sizes and if you want more teriyaki sauce. The chefs are wonderful and really nice. Watch your mouthwatering meal be made in front of you while smelling all the different flavors. Usually they are packed or busy but it’s worth the wait. I’ve never had a meal uncooked or an order wrong the 9 years I’ve been going. Packed lines are because they are so good. Even when in a hurry, their quality is still great.
