Home Zone Furniture — Attraction in Mesquite

We went to several furniture stores looking for some specific pieces to go in our home. We started at Home Zone. The salesmen were not pushy at all. They let us browse the furniture and offered assistance if we needed it. I found a sideboard and desk that I really liked. The sideboard we were originally told that we may have to wait up to a month and a half to get. We decided to keep looking and went to several other furniture stores. I kept circling back to the items we saw at Home Zone. After several days and several stores later, we decided to go back to Home Zone. Again, we were greeted by a sales person but never pressured. I looked the pieces over again that I was interested in. We spoke with the sales person regarding the length of time the sideboard would take to come in. She worked with her manager and he allowed us to purchase the floor model so we wouldn't have to wait. I was so appreciative! The showroom was clean and organized. If there is something that is not in stock then the sales people are honest and let you know. We had a previous bad experience with Ashley's furniture (next door). (I'm basing this off my experience on buying furniture. I have not yet received it because I scheduled it to be delivered later in the week) I was promptly greeted on entry to the store. A employee introduced herself and pointed me in the direction of my desired items. She made it clear that she would not follow me around as to not pressure me. When I would pass by her I would ask where an item was and she would take me to it, tell me about it and leave me to check it out on my own which I really appreciated. I left the store to look at furniture elsewhere but came back because I felt the other furniture was overpriced for the poor quality. The furniture set I chose felt durable and easy to clean but also comfortable without being too stiff or too soft to the point you sink down. They had so many food options it was almost difficult to choose. The price for the pieces I bought was more then reasonable and I even had 3 year warranty with delivery and assembly included and ended up paying 1200 for everything. I visited Home Zone in Mesquite yesterday and was greeted at the door by Jasmine. After looking at a few pieces of furniture that caught my attention, Jasmine made herself available for all of my questions and believe me… I had plenty. I recently relocated from another state and was trying to get my dining room furnished. I wasn’t ready to make a final decision without my husband so we went back this afternoon for another look at what I had chosen. It just got better from there. We were able to make a few significant changes to fit our taste without any hesitation from Jasmine. She was very pleasant and a joy to work with throughout our visit. We were extremely satisfied with her professionalism and knowledge of the products you offer. In addition, with Ricky’s assistance in measuring and staging of the pieces of furniture chosen we were able to make our final decision. They truly made an awesome team.
