The trial membership is an amazing deal. The workers are very nice but i personally don’t vibe with their style of yoga, it was too fast paced for me. The rooms also get so unbearably hot, sometimes I can’t breathe. Im trying out a different studio now and it’s just sweaty hot, not suffocating. Personally, the excessive heat mixed with that fast pace is a no for me. One of the classes I attended, at least 8 people left to get air at some point, including me.    Read moreI’ve only been here three times and so far the classes are great and the instructors are great the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because if you plan to use their shower after your hot yoga class you will only get 5 minutes! I got in the shower after my class and 5 minutes in someone knocks on the door telling me I need to be done in the next 3 minutes so I’m rushing and while I’m still in the middle of changing they turned the lights off! If you don’t want customers using the showers after a sweaty hot yoga class simply don’t offer the service! I have never had that experience at any...
