Safe children’s play park with a beautiful view over sunset harbour. It does flood after rain. So at some point they will raise the park. I understand the park is earmarked for complete overhaul as one of the projects related to the Miami Beach general obligation bond. Popular most weekend mornings but never seen it get too crowded.
