I have been supporting this business for about over 4 years. I live in the neighborhood. I cut my hair once a month and leave 35% tip. Damian, who is the owner of Gianfranco hair and day spa, is a skilled barber, but he doesn’t respect his customers, nor he respects their time. Every single time, without exception, the barber made me wait for 20-30 minutes for my haircut, and it is after scheduling the appointment several days ahead. I asked him to be more considerate, and respectful towards me and my time, and he answered: “I don’t care. I cut hair very good. Usually there are of course different ladies that do my eyebrows when I get there, yesterday had to be the WORST experience of my life getting my eyebrows done.. the lady had no care on how she did them and was literally hurting me the whole time. What a mess!!!
