Hot, disorganised, and pretty shabby.
There were about 5 check-in desks open, serving 3 (3 hour) queues, with no drinks (past security), and 2 staff directing people to the desks.
However one member was taking people from all 3 queues with no logical ordering, the other just pulling from one queue, and sending people from the others back to the queue even after her colleague had sent you to a desk.
Then opened a further queue from half way back down one of the three, and decided to dedicate 2 check-in desks to that new fourth queue meaning people behind us got through about 40 minutes faster, than people who had been waiting longer and were now fighting for 3 desks, for about 4 times the amount of people, compared to the new tiny queue with 2 agents.
Couldn't have been less organised...

Read moreIt was very convenient to park next to cruise terminal, however or car was filthy when we got off the cruise. It was covered in fine dust and some of it even got inside somehow. It was like the street sweeper parked next to our car and made sure to blow all the fast towards it. Maybe it’s because we drive Tesla ? None of the other cars looked like that.
