Firstly if I could leave zero stars I would but unfortunately the page doesnāt let me do so. This place has the worst customer service ever! You could be making the line to pay or buy lottery and if the person behind you has more items than you or that other person is going to buy a more expensive bottles they ignore you as you were invisible and take the person that was behind you in the line first. When I asked the person in the register (Mailyn) thatās the name she gave me, if this is the line for the lottery she said yes this is the line but the owner says that āweā employees most prioritize the customer with more valuable or expensive $ items and liquor. I told her that I donāt see any signs that state that this liquor store prioritize the customer with more valuable or expensive items and customer with less items or valuable items are going to be left hanging. I also asked what if there is 20 peoples behind me in the line and I as a customer have only 1 item to buy are you going to let me hanging and waiting and putting those 20 peoples in front of me just because they have more expensive items? Really? I wonāt ever come back to buy MoĆ«t, blue label or Don Julio, lottery or whatever else in this place, Iāll take my business somewhere else. I have been searching for a very limited bottle of scotch since February and due to COVID there was limited distribution to the US. I spoke directly with Roberto who was able to find it and order it for me. He promised me I would have it today and sure enough he came through. Other stores couldnāt even pronounce the name of the bottle I was looking for and didnāt bother to search for it. Instead, they tried to sell me on other items that had absolutely nothing to do with what I was looking for. I emailed them on 12/02 to get an update and it was not answered. Finally, on 12/16 (a month after my purchase) I wrote an email requesting a refund. This is the email I received today.
