I came in here today around 11 am in order to have a ton of documents printed. I was assisted by Carlos, who was polite and professional (first impressions). He was also the only one in the print shop and was busy running around assisting everyone. It took a while to be acknowledged. Anyway, Carlos states that he’ll get it done by today and, if not today, then tomorrow. At around 4 pm I get a call and Carlos states that his boss said if they print everything, it won’t be ready until one week from now. When I dropped off the USB, he reviewed all that I had to print (and it was a lot) and said it will be ready tomorrow at the latest. I never asked for tomorrow or tried to push the timeline up but that’s what he stated. I did need the documents by the next day so I thought perfect, let’s do it. I understand people get busy and things happen but if you tell someone tomorrow make sure it’s tomorrow. Now I have to find a place in a rush to go get it printed. If he said that 5 hours ago that it wouldn’t be until one more week from now, I wouldn’t have an issue with it and would’ve went somewhere else (now we are nearing closing time for a lot of places so it makes it more difficult). I had the same number of documents printed 5 years ago (I forgot if it was OfficeMax or Office Depot - a different one) and it was ready the next day so I know it can be done. I think their print service center charges around .10 more per page than the self service option (which I found to be problematic the one time I used it years ago and it took way longer than a regular household printer. Maybe I was using it wrong before, I don’t know and maybe things have changed since) and I had a couple thousand pages at least so they would’ve made some good money printing everything but 🤷♂️ guess that’s big business though. It’s not their money so doesn’t really matter.
TL;DR - If you need documents printed and have a sense of urgency do not come here. If they give you a timeline, be prepared for it to be very off and cause you a headache trying to find an alternative last minute when they call you 5 hours later and say they can’t meet the original time that...

Well, I came from this location a few minutes ago, after a heavy rain hassle, even got my snickers all wet, with my baby on a stroller, just a very difficult time to get to the store. Once entering the store, I was meet with a unfriendly and unprofessional customer service environment. If you care about that, well, this is not the place to visit. The person at the door didn’t even greet me after I said hello, although I wasn’t necessarily looking for it. I was so excited about getting to my hardworking husband a chair so he can work comfortable from home and it just didn’t happen despite the amazing sale they are having up to this day. I asked a young lady for a particular chair and she was helpful to find out if it was in stock. After a few minutes she decided to get someone else to help. Well this gentleman was acting the part but never accomplished the very task he was supposed to, which is helping any costumer that needs assistance.
After the young lady told me that there were 2 chairs left, the gentleman came back saying that the chair was sold out but that he could help me to place an order so I can have it shipped to me next day. Well, I sat with my baby watching this person walking around doing other things and completely “forgot” about me. After 15min I decided to leave, I think he saw me heading out the door and didn’t even bother to catch me or apologize or get someone else if he was busy making more money with another costumer or whatever he was thinking. Getting this chair today would it meant the world for me despite being out of my budget, we are talking about almost 300$ chair. My husband works so hard to provide to this family and I was very excited about arriving home with his new chair, due to COVID he is now working from home and a dining chair is not cut for such long hours of hard work. Read moreI recently visited this location to drop off a Fedex shipment to Brazil, after reading on their website that they offer fast and convenient services to more than 220 countries and territories. However, my experience was far from the advertised convenience.
Despite the website's claims of convenient drop-off options, I found myself standing in line for 45 minutes due to the slow pace of the lone employee handling the line. It was clear that he was multitasking and not prepared to handle the volume of customers waiting in line, which made the wait even more frustrating. This was especially disappointing since the website clearly stated that they offer fast and convenient services. The Office Depot employees were unprofessional and disrespectful. At one point, another employee came in late from being in the bathroom too long, and they were all laughing and joking while I and other behind me were waiting.
To make matters worse, when I finally reached the front of the line, I was informed by the long bathroom break Office Depot employee that they do not accept international Fedex shipments. This information was not indicated anywhere on their website, despite the website's claim of providing services to more than 220 countries and territories. This left me feeling misled and frustrated.
When I expressed my frustration with the situation, they attempted to deflect their unprofessional behavior and lack of competence. I eventually lost my patience and ended up raising my voice, telling them that they were all incompetents.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. This Office Depot location is not reliable if you plan to use Fedex services and despite the company's claims on their website, my personal experience did not reflect a level of service or convenience that I would expect from a company that offers business services and office supplies in dozens of stores around the county and state.
