I was visiting a friend who lives blocks away and needed a good laugh after a stressful week. The venue was within walking distance and was looking forward to a night of laughs at JUST THE FUNNY. I shout the name of the comedy club because I thought it was gonna be a night of laughter. We had tickets for the Improve show and I actually laughed until I cried. It was Hilarious and the performers worked really well together and you could tell they enjoyed and supported each other on the stage. I highly recommend going to the Improv portion of the show. I liked that the venue was an intimate setting as it made for night of fun and laughter with What seemed like a big group of friends. HOWEVER. We were invited to sit in the next hour of what we thought was going to be more fun and laughter and it was the complete opposite experience. It was a 2 person scene where a word was given from the audience and the 2 chosen randomly from a jar “comedians” did an improv scene. Here is where the night of laughter abruptly ended. It felt very uncomfortable and seemed like some unresolved childhood or suppressed emotional trauma was being acted out on stage as a therapy session. If anyone in the audience had experienced alcoholism, divorce, mental abuse from a narcissistic relationship etc it could be very triggering. Please let your audience know if this is going to be anything other than a night of laughs. I left feeling like I was in someone’s therapy session and not a comedy club. I could not sit and listen anymore as it ruined my night of laughs. The 1st half of the show was a great night of laughter, I do recommend the improv. And would give it 5 stars and the second...

Show was very white, white mayo, white claw, Starbucks manbun, mamma jeans, cancel culture lulu lemon, gramer corrector. Only knows one language, ignorant, Ain't got now business being here, White. When in improv you have to throw yourself into the deep end and be uncomfortable. That's where the laughter hides. That's where the energy lives and feeds you and the audience. Yiu have to go to the edge of the cliff and dangle your legss out. The best inpov the person is fly off and catching them selves. Seriously? One white girl cast member dosent know what "Dale" means in the Miami community Pit Bull Dale. You are in South Florida! Will Smith's MIAMI! Yes it was even spelled out to her. Learn the area you're performing in, go get a real cuban coffee... Dale! Amateur. Only one person was funny in a sea of "La-Me". When asked for suggestions they run with Salt Lake vs Ow My Balls. Very white, boring, big glasses wearing, plain bagley dry with no butter white. "one csst member basically said she wasn't going to sing about ow my balls... Safe, boring, Amature hour. No laughs from the audience. Seriously. When the audience member on stage gets more laughs than you...and she is sitting down. This place is missing the E in Improv. Not worth it. And don't get me on the concession stand selection. We could stand it... You know when it's so bad that the seats become uncomfortable, you can hear the crinkling of the potato chips, beacuse its so quite in the audience and you leave early without finishing you drinks? That Lame I mean...
