Mr. Cigars — Attraction in Miami

I spent the afternoon walking Little Havana in Miami. Being a cigar smoker, I wanted to experience cigars that were made locally and not just shipped in from some factory overseas. I had purchased a cigar after watching their cigar roller and talking cigars with him. Later on that day, after smoking my cigar, I had to go back and buy more, the one I had bought was mild and smooth and burned perfectly. After talking to the shop owner and telling him how fascinated I was with the cigar roller process, they gave me an impromptu cigar rolling lesson, an absolute bucket list experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and really happy to teach me a lot of things about cigars that I did not know. I will definitely be back to the store when I am back in Miami . I had a great experience at Mr. Cigars in Miami. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. You can tell they really care about making sure you enjoy your visit—whether you’re a cigar aficionado or just curious. The customer service was top-notch; they took the time to explain the different cigars, helped me pick out what suited my taste, and even shared a bit of the history behind them.

The cigars themselves were fantastic—smooth, flavorful, and clearly high quality. You can see the craftsmanship that goes into each one. I also got to try a sample of the rum they had there, and honestly, it was amazing! I wish they sold it—it would’ve come home with me in a heartbeat.

Just left this place. Excellent service, very knowledgeable,great atmosphere. Place is very, very organized verses other shops in the area. We went into other shops but other shop don’t compare . The lady makes sure you understand what your buying and making the right purchase for you and your wants and needs. Other shops don’t not have the customers service skill and knowledge like this shop especially if your spending a lot of money. Hands down would return again . We wanted ground Cuban coffee they didn’t have any but they said once they had it they would let us know so we could order it. Great experience you will be cater to and won’t feel rush at all....
