This is the best place to get a bowl in wynwood. I have been to Francisca’s several times and gotten delivery from them as well. Their chicken is one of the best I have had. There is so much flavor! Whoever is cooking the chicken here knows taste, knows the importance of salt and you can feel their passion for food coming through each bite. I highly recommend any of their bowls. You get a little bit of everything. Theres rice, a salad, chicken or beef with fried plantains. Their fish bowl is slightly different you get avocado, tostones, coleslaw instead. The coleslaw is a but on the sweeter side and has no grapes if thats your thing. Beef is always cooked to the right temperature. Like always! Im not a huge fan of the oil dressing that comes with the bowl but their green sauce?! Oh my gosh it complements all the proteins so well. The fried plantains are crispy on the outside warm and sweet on the inside. Im a huge fan! Just had the most delicious meal at Francisca Food Truck in Miami and I’m already planning my next visit! 😍 I ordered the meat bowl, mandocas, soursop juice, and maracuyá — and everything was bursting with flavor and made with so much love.

The meat bowl was perfectly seasoned and super satisfying, and those mandocas? Golden, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and just the right touch of sweetness. The soursop juice was refreshing and creamy — like a tropical dream — and the maracuyá juice added that perfect tangy kick.
