Delivery to Salt Lake was quick and they were super nice when I messaged with questions. The website could use more clarity on how this process/timeline actually works including concrete contact info. That all said we ordered a dozen cookies in about 5 varieties (choc coconut, cowboy, lemon sour cream, root beer float, and a rice krispie treats covered variety) and weren't blown away. They are decorated really cute but the flavors were not very dynamic. If you want an indulgent cookie using incredible quality ingredients go with Chip and if balance of flavor or something unique is more up your alley, definitely Ruby Snap. I think there cookies are super delicious but what impressed me even more was there personal touch. I went in for my first time today and purchased two cookies, but instead of leaving them in my hot car I left them at the store to pick up later. Unfortunately I arrived 20 minutes after they're closing time. I was so sad because I live in Provo, 30 minutes away.

I did call and leave a message on there phone number not sure what the results would be. Within minutes I received a text message letting me know that they had left my cookies hanging on the door!
