Update: Over two years before a reply, excellent customer service. At the time, no refund was offered and neither was the professional designer service was offered. As for the other reviews, I do not have a brother and never will. My sister was also with me at the shop at the time (you can see part of her in one of the photos), and she was witness to the entire experience and is entitled to her agency to write a review or not.

Original Review: Terrible customer service and flower quality. I came in today wanting a small, custom arrangement for a friend who is in the hospital. I went to this shop, based on good reviews. I was polite and patient the entire time. I selected two bundles of tulips ($20 each...$40 total) and a vase ($6). They originally were trying to give me the flowers just in their main plastic wrap, with green floral paper wrapped around it. I kept asking for the arrangement in the vase, but they kept declining saying they don't offer that service. So I asked them if they could trim the flowers, which they did. Realizing they weren't willing to put the flowers in the vase (I was planning on going direct to the hospital), I asked them for water in the vase. THEY DECLINED PUTTING WATER IN THE VASE. The lady that was assisting me told me that "she would get in trouble if she put water in the vase and that I have to get my own water". What a scam of a shop and service. I took my $54 worth of flowers and vase to my car. On the hood of my car in their parking lot, I poured water from my water bottle into the vase, and then placed the flowers into the vase myself. I don't normally write reviews, but as many times as I have visited City Sweets Floral, a review is long overdue. The customer service that Nina, who is the shop owner, provides is unmatched. I've been a loyal customer since November 2013, and each time Nina is more than happy to go out of her way to ensure I leave with the perfect flower arrangement each time. Whether picking an arrangement that she has created beforehand, or waiting while she creates a custom arrangement specifically for me, I have never been disappointed. Nor my wife, who is the ultimate judge in this matter. Today's visit was no exception, Nina created the perfect Anniversary flower arrangement. I gave her only a few key requirements and the rest was the result of her brilliant imagination and remarkable skills in creating the perfect flower arrangement. As a guy, it's great to know that there is one less thing to stress about during the year with all the special holidays and anniversaries, the flowers will always be taken care of by Nina. Additional Review (13 Nov 2018): I’ve been to Nina’s flower shop a few more times since my original review, but today’s customer service was truly unbelievable. I came to Nina with a very short notice request. I needed a custom arrangement for my daughter’s signing event taking place in less than 30 minutes! I told Nina the colors of my daughters future university she was signing with, and then I just sat back in watched Nina perform her magic in less than 15 minutes! Which included spray painting babies breath black, to match one of the university colors. I was truly in awe of Nina’s efficiency and creative talent! My Husband ordered me Flowers for my Birthday yesterday and they are so beautiful, I love roses and I absolutely love the rainbow roses, I love how she put a single rainbow rose mixed in with my boquet,not sure if it is a signature thing that the shop does I had noticed them in a few other photos for the shop review so I'm thinking maybe so.. The roses from this shop are perfect and they smell so good, this shop is awesome way better than some of the ones over by NW expressway!! Stumbled across this shop by accident as I didn't want to be alone on my birthday so I went in to work with my husband at a dealership over by air dept, he called the flower shop at maybe 9 15 am and my Flowers were delivered so quickly, I had them in hand by 10 50.
