Not bad for the fact that we moved from Norman which has the Best biggest crest in town and this one is really small there's not a deli here so I was a little disappointed, other than that a very clean store, we were able to find the products that we needed. All the employees were very nice and very helpful,but when I went to go check out I'm guessing because the registers and system has not been updated in so long it kept telling me that I was pushing the balance button when I was pushing the purchase button for my snap. My cashier Amarrion, was very helpful, I want to make sure that this young man gets recognized for going above and beyond and making sure that I had a great experience,and in listening to me and trying to help me out when I was having issues with my snap card going through and not allowing me to have to run it three times because after you run the number twice if you run it three times it locks your card up,which is a really bid headache because then you have to pay cash for your food.I really appreciate all the hard work everybody's doing at the store...
Read moreThis store is known for kissing butt and lying on other employees to get a higher position in the company. Besides the mice problem that is destroying the bread and all the dry goods on the shelves and in the back area. If that's not bad the store manager wants to blame one of the bread guys for the mice problem. Don't get started on the fact that the employees that have management skills don't get a management position but start out on the bottom of the totem pole. The employees that don't have management skills get hired on right away or a short time after getting hired on get moved to management that doesn't deserve it and ends up being disrespectful to other employees or customer's. If we ask for a raise we don't get it and if we do get it it's only 50 cents and even that is rare. The training also sucks butt because they choose not to train us in a different position so we can learn and move up...
Read moreWhy does the floor-cleaning crew find it necessary to close half the store at night to do the floors? I have lived literally one end of this country to the other, North, South....you name it. Never once in 35 years have I seen a 24-hr store have to close off half of it so the lazy floor crew can wax the floor eight isles at a time. YOU'RE supposed to do that ONE ISLE AT A TIME. That is actually possible, and you should find a floor crew who actually knows what they are doing. Also, you should find polite employees. When I walk up to an employee with a problem, I don't expect to be snapped at to "just buy something else" when I can't get to half of the store. I live right behind this place, but guess what? Wal*Mart got my $70+ tonight. Hope that extra $70 lost to your floor crew is worth it to you.....
