Andy: 0/10 One time, Andy made a clear mistake when cutting my hair and simply cut more to hide it without telling me. He didn't tell me or show me at the time and then at the end (when it was too late) when I ask him about how it looked asymmetric he said it was because he had to finish quick because I came too late and he had to start with another customer soon. It ended up looking like a lopsided mess I had to fix somewhere else. He prioritizes quantity of bookings over quality of service and doesn't really care about you nor take pride in his work. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS!
Tom: 3/10 When I went with Tom, I show him pictures of how I would like my hair to be done. He takes one look and sort of ignores it and just cuts however he likes it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple mistakes, it's just not acceptable anymore.

I've seen the barbers here do good work, but when Iāve gotten my haircut, it has always felt rushed, and I havenāt received what I asked for. Maybe my request is a bit different from what theyāre used to (I usually ask for a mullet-style cut), but all my barber did was shave my sideburns and trim the hair away from my eyes.
