Was shopping there yesterday and had the misfortune to meet the new owners. We had noticed a scanning error and drew it to the cashiers attention. The cashiers called the owner to let them know the error that was made by the store. He REFUSED to stand up to the error that had been made by his employees and would not honor the price !!!!! After listening to his rude disrespectful comments, we walked out without our grocery cart full of purchases that had been rung up. It was a good store before these two purchased it!!!!! MY RECCOMENDATION DONT SHOP AT THIS MILPITAS GROCERY OUTLET. and if you do.................... Be very careful about the products you buy, I found today moldy chedder cheese packages. She couldn't seem to understand a problem with this cashier not doing his job properly and ripping off customers, just lazy and irresponsible, she needs to go back to working at Taco Bell as the drive thru night worker.
Can't just be happening to me, other people are likely being ripped off due to this cashier dude's inability to ring single items correctly at a time. Like literally you only need double digit IQ to do this and yet ... :/
Need automated robot...
