This spa is value for money and a worth while massage experience.

When you look for a spa, the question you have to ask is what are you looking for. If you are looking for a spa with robes and sauna's and the perfect break away - then this is not the place. If you however are looking for an excellent massage where the massage therapist can help your muscles heal/relax etc. Then look no further.

A little more about my experience - when I arrived at the location I was skeptical, and even considered to cancel. I was there with my wife and we definitely are somewhat snobs. (sad to admit). We were looking for a massage on short notice and also didn't want to spend close to a thousand dollars for 2-3 hours of relaxation. (that's what we usually pay.) I read all the reviews about the people demanding tips etc. and my honest opinion is that if you are looking to tip 5 dollars for an hour of massage or alike service (in USA) - then you have horrible and unfair expectations. The only part I did find strange is that they wanted me to pay upfront. It felt like signing a blank check, as the tip and total amount was left blank until after the massage. After however I was presented with the same slip and completed it with no issues.

Summary - I will gladly go back when I have only a few hours to kill. They are friendly, professional and have more than enough skill to make it worth while.

Why only 4 stars - Mainly facilities and I went for a full body and there was parts of my body I specifically wanted them to focus more on and it didn't really happen. I however didn't ask, nor did they. I also had an opportunity to comment and ask when I completed the online reservation... but again also...

My girlfriend got a 90 minute massage and she had a terrible experience, these are the key points in her experience: her masseuse repeatedly talked about how thin she was and then seemed to focus most of the pressure on her bones instead of the surrounding muscle and tissue she now has neck pain and tailbone pain that she didn't have before going to the massage, her masseuse did not adjust pressure accordingly the sensitivity of the area she felt pressured to tip more even though she wasn't happy with the service she doesn't feel better or more relaxed after the whole experience the day after, it hurts to move and she says it feels like a bad chiropractic adjustment

We've been to multiple spas around the Bay and internationally and this was one of the worst experiences she had. It just didn't feel like the masseuse cared about her comfort and used too much force. I've gotten intense deep tissue massages before where it hurts but feels better later but this wasn't supposed to be that kind of massage either. She did not ask for a deep tissue...

VERY SHADY PLACE. DON'T EVER GO THERE.I went for a 90 min massage with George. He sexually harassed me by making inappropriate moves, even after indicating not to do so through body language and finally I got up and told him to leave the room after I found his face very close to my face, with hands wandering where they shouldn't when my eyes opened. I was asked by the staff to calm down, when the matter should have been handled more seriously by them. I'd advice no girl to get a massage from this person and staff must get rid of this guy. While I feel sad to say this to the entire place because of one guy, it was important for the staff to take serious action, which they failed to take. The whole thing tells me that the staff will allow such things to happen in this place and GIRLS need to be very careful choosing this place. Please take this review very seriously. I'm lodging a police complaint...
