I'm not only posting 2 stars because I've rarely won when going there, but more so for what actually matters, like the atmosphere, games, staff, facilities, security, etc.

Here are the top 3 reasons I don't recommend people visit:

1. The security is a joke. There's been many incidents on the property, including ones that have involved weapons, yet the only security they have are metal detectors manned by "security" guards who are often on their phone, talking to each other, or simply staring at nothing, as people walk through, and security driving around the parking lot, making it look like they're 'securing' the perimeter. Every time I'm in the parking garage, there's always the potential smell of marijuana. You see gamblers going from the casino to their car and back, just to smoke and/or drink. I've seen more than one exchange of things that I don't believe were "legal". Personally, I don't feel safe walking in the garages alone, especially at night, so make it a point to walk out with a group of people. There were 2 different occasions when a person threatened me in some way, one-time the security guards basically just laughed at the belligerent woman and the other, they let her stay after forcing her to leave the area I was in, because they couldn't seem to control her. So I left instead, knowing full well she could still find me and make good on what she said.

2. The clientele. They're rude, dirty, hit and bang the machines for 'luck', sore losers, and did I mention rude? You'll often find their garbage left around the machines, un-flushed toilets, be arguing with others, including staff, swearing after every spin or hand they don't win, and all-around not fun people to be around. That's my experience anyway.

3. Staff. I've encountered maybe a dozen staff there, who seemed to care about the customers experience. Usually, they're the older people cleaning the machines; I don't know how they seem to be the happiest when cleaning up after other people's junk, but they do. There's only been a handful of times I've been there in the past 20+ years, where I won enough to need someone to cash me out. I had one positive interaction. I always tip on wins or when cashing out, but have often gotten an eye roll or simply no gratitude for the tip.

Things I can't review are the rooms or food. I've never stayed there even though I often get free room offers, nor have I eaten there more than maybe 2-3 times and neither was memorable. I have HEARD positive things about the food and there's often lines, but that may just be because they offer free meals to clientele of a certain status.
