Be prepared for terrible customer service and do not trust their website. Placed an order on October 27th. No follow up for 5 days, when I inquired via email I was told "Unfortunately, we will not be able to fulfill your order. Thank you and have a great weekend." It will be hard to have a great weekend when the part I was waiting for was never sent and you never bothered to tell me.

When I called to inquire further I was told they didn't have the part in stock, even though their website said (and still does say) 7 are left in stock and ships in 1 business day.

It appears this company doesn't actually stock items, they are a website frontend using dropshipping and distributers to fulfill. But their systems aren't in communication with those companies, so like me, you may never receive your product and they will never tell you they don't have the products.

Take your business elsewhere for better pricing and service. I went to Grainger and received a better price with...

New review: I was contacted after this review and it seems like scammers can use this website to place orders (maybe as tests?) idk really but I appreciated the call back from this small business and has since reported the charge as fraud. Leaving the past review for reference if this happens to anyone else again to know they are not alone.
