Target — Attraction in Milwaukee

My girlfriend and I went to this location tonight to get a specific cleaning caddy that was listed at this store online. There were only two locations that had it in stock, as it is being discontinued. As soon as we walked into the store we noticed that a lot of the products were missing, almost as if the store were going out of business and they were trying to sell the remaining things. As we continued through the store and it began to look a little more like a Target, however it was extremely dirty. Due to the lack of organization, we could not find the cleaning supplies near the paper products like most Target stores have it. We continued to look around the store and finally found some shelves with cleaning supplies next to the makeshift chip isle which did not have mops or other cleaning supplies. After minutes of searching for an employee, who was not helpful in the end, we asked where we could find the specific product. She used a device and said it was in the front of the store and told us which isle. We went to the isle she said and I kid you not, they had maybe four mops and no caddy which she told us would be in the isle. The shelves were dirty and looked worse than most Dollar Generals. An employee was passing us as we were in the isle so we decided to get his attention to see where the caddy was. We tried to get his attention three times before he finally acknowledged us, just to tell us to ask someone else for help and pointed us in the direction of another employee. We literally yelled for (excuse me, can you help us find something?) and chased the employee and got no response. He kept pushing a cart towards the front of the store and ignored us, as if we weren’t there. After three terrible encounters, we decided it may be best to just check out and leave. I asked the cashier if she could help me since we were ignored by two employees and did not receive accurate information from the other, in which she informed us that the caddy was not in stock at the store at all. She was probably the most normal thing about that store. In the end, horrible store, horrible layout and horrible service. I have never seen bleach bottles next to chips and mops in a completely different area than the cleaners. Extremely odd. It was almost as if they put half of their cleaning supplies in one isle in the back of the store and the rest in the front. Bizarre! Never will come to this...

I am an Instacart shopper and I recently fell on some black ice getting out of my car not at target. But for the last two days I’ve come in to target and I’d like to see the date so that this person can be recognized so on April 2 and on April 3, 2022 right as I walked into the door I was greeted by a man who I would say is about fortyish and on April 2 he noticed right as I walked in that I was limping because I tore my ACL. He asked if I was OK and I told him that I had fallen and my knee was messed up. He told me that they had motorized carts and I told him I did not know how to use it because I never have I never had the need to. But since I’m an Instacart shopper and the world keeps spinning even when you’re injured I had to go in and shop he brought me right over to the motorized cart and showed me how to Drive it and today when I came in he asked me if I needed the motorized cart again and I told them that I was told to try and walk on it today I thought it was very sweet not only that he helped me out but that he remembered me please give this man a raise I do not know his name but he was at the front door on April 2 and April 3, 2022 he greeted everyone with a smile and told them he was glad they came in and it was a pleasure to have them in the store today that’s the kind of customer service that every...

It's a Target and I love Target! It's right by my house so it's pretty convenient but it's not the greatest Target around; in fact it's pretty mediocre. Lately, I've been having more issues with this store. First, they are not stocked very well. Many times there is a basic item I want (I really wanted some beets the other day) and they are out. I've run into that problem a couple other times as well at this Target especially. Not only are they not well stocked, often times it's very disorganized. Second of all, their customer service doesn't always live up to what Target's should be. Many, many years ago I worked at Target temporarily and they really emphasized treating customers as guest and having high customer service. This is not one of this store's strengths. I went there a night and the store was an absolute mess and there were 5-6 employees up at the front lanes just socializing. I was rather surprised and just kind of shock my head.
