The sales representative named Ray at this location has very horrible customer service & work ethic! Either he doesnāt know how to do his job due to being new and wasnāt trained properly.. or he simply just doesnāt care about doing anything his job requires him to do. I tried going in around 4:00pm today; to open an account with U.S cellular for the first time⦠BUT as I got there - there was a sign saying ābe back in 40 minutes - lunch breakā on the last hour of business... oddā¦. Lights were off.. both female and male employee were in the store⦠and looked quite funny after opening the door from ālunch breakā.. Iām sure they were in another room in the back. I waited patiently though. However the minute the door opened, and after waiting a while; Ray, a curly headed young man with glasses simply brushed me off and said he canāt personally do it due to me having an ID from Texas.. as far as opening a new account for the first time? If this is true this is bizarre, never heard of not being able to open a phone line account with a ID from another state. Please hire people who actually care about their customers and want to ACTUALLY work ! Iād give 0 stars if it gave...

Adri is not knowledgeable about their available phones, could not compare different models for me (or assumed that I wouldn't understand the details, all she said was "the camera is better on this one and that's pretty much it"). Then told me I need to change my phone plan if I want the $200 discount she mentioned earlier but could not tell me why I needed to switch. She said there was no difference except the newer plan would be $20 cheaper a month. I ask her for a print out info about the new plan that I could bring to my mom (whose account it is) - when I look at it at home, it says with the new plan, we would no longer have unlimited data coverage and instead get capped at 2.0 GB a month which she conveniently did not mention. Either she doesn't know the difference between plans or she's trying to take advantage of me needing a new phone. Either way, I really would not recommend...

He kept acting like he knew and had us waiting for over and hr. Then one phone wasnāt in stock so he wanted us to drive to 76th street and add the other line there since they had the phone. I knew they could transfer phones from different locations to their store so I asked then he lied saying no then they ended up transferring the phone anyways. Very lazy and poor service.
