I have been an avid coffee drinker since I was in high school, have been going to Starbucks for years...well over 18 years. There has been nothing but disappointment since. Horrible customer service at all stores then when I have a complaint they don't want to make it better. How do you keep customers like that?
The place I go to never can have a consistent coffee drink. One day it will be made well the next day it tastes like they didn't even clean the espresso machine. I have been trained in 3 different coffee shops when I was in school and know how to clean a machine and pull a decent shot of espresso.
I get a really bad coffee and I go everyday. This has coffee grounds at the bottom, no flavor, I could tell they rushed the drink. Also it was not even as busy as they have been in the past. I was in the drive thru and never once was offered a receipt or an apology for the wait on my iced coffee.
I call/message customer service and because of their lousy employees they can't even make this right because I was never offered a receipt. They NEVER give receipts at this store. So now I literally threw my coffee in the trash because of how bad the drink was.
All the customer service guy, Denis L, was blame me because their store didn't give me my receipt. I wasn't at the register, it is her job to give me that receipt. I feel that this company does it on purpose so that when a complaint comes in they don't have to make it better. They have no problem taking from the customer that keeps their business open, but MANY issues when it comes to solving a customer complaint.
I hope all of you think about where you get your coffee. Buy locally they will treat you better than this huge franchise does.

Read moreI was just at this Starbucks location earlier this evening for their BOGO deal. When at the ordering com, I asked specifically about the BOGO deal and if it’s per one customer only. They told me as long as I have two people in the car with two separate Starbucks card we could do two transactions, great so my nephew downloaded the app and we were good to go for the deal! I order, which btw took more than 5 mins because they kept messing up my order of 4 espresso shots with 4 pumps of white mocha. I kept apologizing cuz I thought it was my fault they weren’t getting the order right. 5 mins later they finally got it. I pull up to the window and I pay for my first transaction. Second transaction comes and they charge me full price. I was like wait, isn’t it BOGO? And they said not for this order and I asked why not? And she said because one of your drinks isn’t a drink, it’s just espresso shots. So that whole time sitting at the ordering com, after discussing we needed two transactions because we wanted the BOGO deal and them screwing up my order they never once told me my order wasn’t valid for the BOGO deal. And when I asked at the window they still didn’t say anything until I asked. And they didn’t really seem to care. I had 4 drinks in total and they didn’t even ask or give me a cup tray. I had to ask for the holder. I would’ve appreciated if they would have notified me at the ordering com that my drink was not part of the deal so I could’ve changed it up. Especially since we wasted 5 minutes figuring out my order AND I specifically asked about the BOGO deal. If I wanted to pay for all the drinks, then why would I need to do two transactions! She was rude, I didn’t get a thank you or anything pleasant from the employee after I got my drinks.
