You aren't supposed to climb on them, but I constantly see bad parenting with parents on the phone and the kids climbing on everything. Because everyone wants photos, it's hard to find free time to take pics without other people in them. The park is nice and clean. It didn't seem to be overrun with homeless people, but it is overrun with stoners. That seems to be the thing to do, sit on the hill and smoke pot. Quite frankly, it's annoying.
