I have gone to the Eden Praire Center and Ridgedale Mall locations over twenty times at least. Every time it has been a fun experience. Either for signings with various Minnesota legends or picking up various autographed pieces for my personal collection. I will be going back to FanHq as much as possible.
Because of FanHQ I have been able to meet; Ryan Suter, Miguel Sano, Brad Radke, Adrian Peterson, Ahmed Rashad (End of Sept 2017), Everson Griffen and many more!
I have made quite a few purchases from FanHq and I have not had any issues. They have mystery signed items, photos, pucks and baseballs which make it a little interesting. You may get a signed Max Kepler ball or a Ryan Longwell signed photo, who knows? It is part of the fun. The store mainly deals with Minnesota sports, which is great!
Shaun and the HQ Crew make you feel welcome and they are extremely friendly people to work with! Shaun is flexible and has many options available to help you get the ink you want!
I have a large personal collection of autos thanks to Shaun and FanHq.
Very blessed to have completed the Zach Praise and Ryan Suter signings when Shaun and company have brought these two in for signings.
I am now addicted to the mystery card packs now.
Still great location and great staff.
Still holding out hope that Jim Thome will come in one day...
Read moreI am a huge sports fan and Asian American father who just wanted to have his 4 children meet Brett Favre and Adrian Peterson during their appearance on Saturday, March 26. My children were kicked off the line and told to stand to the side because they didn’t allow that many people to go to the autograph table. The kids had to stand far away and only caught a glimpse of Favre and Peterson. Meanwhile, white families in front of me and after me were allowed to go meet them. How is this fair? I paid my hard earned money just everyone else, so how come my children got kicked off the line, but white children didn’t? I’ve been to autograph events in Chicago where they don’t discriminate and they treat families of all races fairly. We need to be better, Minnesota. I’m not asking for anything besides just being treated like everyone else. I’ll still continue to support FanHQ with the upcoming Randall Cunningham appearance, however I just ask that respect be shown to families and people...
Read moreI discovered their Tuesday night Facebook auctions awhile back and they have become almost "appointment viewing."
Why I continue to do business with Shaun and his team is their integrity, professionalism and attention to detail. A fair amount of people in the sports collectibles "space" are carnival barkers and hucksters that leave you feeling like you need to go take a shower. They are an exception.
I always feel good about doing business with Fan HQ because I feel they are honorable and if issues arose they would be handled fairly and properly. They are the kind of business I love to support and recommend.
I recommend them to anyone that doesn't like being fleeced, scammed or...
