Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store — Attraction in Minnetonka

The instore experience was very good. Randy was a wonderful salesperson. However - we wound up exchanging for a less firm mattress.

A few things to note: there is a 90 day exchange window and it only states that you must pay $175 fee to exchange, but what isn’t clearly stated is that if you buy your first mattress during a sale, you don’t get an exchange price as the sale price, you get it for whatever the price is on the day you exchange.

Also - be careful purchasing in the winter. Both times our mattress was frozen and the delivery people had to come back after the mattress thawed. Then you have to deal with fragilepak who is a company temperpedic uses to ship and then also a 3P local delivery company that gets contracted.
